76Ruby Fumie Higa, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Likelike Elementary School teacher, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Waiakea Uka, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Takejiro, sons Nelson T. and Alton H., sister Mildred T. Lee and four grandchildren. Private services.
