Percival Dee Bailey Jr., 96, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, an Army Air Corps pilot, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Endicott, N.Y. He is survived by wife Teresa N., son Harry R. and daughters Jean Zimmerman and Anne Jennings. Private services. Celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
