72Stephen "Steve" Bowles, 76, of Kamuela, Hawaii, a water development and resources consultant, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen, son Daniel K., daughter Leilani "Lani" Eubank, brother John, sisters Helen B. Nicholson and Virginia "Ginny" Schnell, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
