83Gemma Morel, 55, of Ewa, a Navy Exchange employee, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Cebu City, Philippines. She is survived by sons James A. and Jason A.; companion Jay W. Blackburn; brothers Edwin, Norman and Glenn Galan; and sister Elizabeth Galan. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
