Feliciano Grospe Echada, 61, of Waipahu, an electrician at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command at Pearl Harbor and retired Navy petty officer first class, died in Waipahu. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Marina, son Jeremy, daughter Jayme Serna, mother Jacinta, brothers Michael and Marcopolo, sister Teresita Patacsil and four grandchildren.
