83Harry Kiyoshi Kawamoto, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department lieutenant and former Hawaii Protective Association operations manager, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lily K.; sons Rick and Ross Kawamoto, and Herbert Nakamura; daughter Cora Hasegawa; hanai mother Flora Y. Horita; sister Ethel Kishi; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
