73Michael Jim Chevalier, 58, of Honolulu, died at home. He was born in California. He is survived by wife Lani Freeman-Chevalier, son Micah, father Ronald C., brothers David and Donald, and sisters Barbara Plunkett and Arlene Silvia. Scattering of ashes: 10 a.m. Sept. 6 at Magic Island. Surfers and paddlers welcome to bring boards and participate.
