Dickie Shigeto Ueno, 86, of Hilo, an Army veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by brothers Tsutomu “Bullet†and Kenneth, and sister Sadae “Sadie†Taira. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
