72Shirley Ann "Whirley Bird" Pelland, 69, of Ocean View, Hawaii, a seamstress, died at home. She was born in Phoenix. She is survived by son Raymond IV, sister Sharyn Chamberlain and numerous hanai grandchildren and hanai great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 4:30-6:30 p.m. Saturday at Ocean View Community Center, Ocean View. Casual attire. No flowers.
