Frederick Hiroshi Chinen, 85, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Tel radio technician and an Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Leahi Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Alice A., son Paul M., daughters Linda H. Miyake and Audrey E. Chinen, brother Seiko, sister Helen Corpuz, 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
