MARTHA MAKA TAKATA Age 89, passed away February 11, 2015 in Straub Clinic & Hospital, Honolulu, Hawaii. Born January 28, 1926 in Hilo, Hawaii. She is survived by daughter, Pauline Takata; sons, Samuel (Jeanette) Kootaka, Eugene Takata, Vincent (Momi) Takata, Lawrence Takata; brothers, Randall Simeona, Earl Simeona and Robert Simeona; 12 grand- children; 13 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren. Visitation Thursday (3/12) 5:00 p.m. at Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Nuuanu; Service 7:00 p.m.; Visitation again Friday (3/13) 8:30 a.m. at Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Nuuanu; Service 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow 2:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
