81Judith Yoshiko Takehara, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Trust Co. clerk, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Charlene, caregiver/son-in-law Kennard and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
