Arthur Noel Misemer, 68, of Honolulu, co-owner and manager of Club Genji, and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died at home. He was born in Santa Barbara, Calif. He is survived by wife Gaye T. and brothers Clark and Gerald L. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Inurnment: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
