YUKIE MCCORMICK Yukie McCormick, one of 13 children born April 13, 1920 to Genjiro Hironaka and Yoshi Hirosue who migrated from Yamaguchi, Japan to Lihue, Kauai and later to Waialua. Passed away peacefully on February 24, 2015. She worked many years in the food industry business which included JoJan's, Michel's, and the Spencecliff Corporation @ the Ranch House in Aina Haina as a pantry cook. She is survived by one sister, Jean Shimasaki of Eureka, California, daughters Diane E Harada and Deborah Ann McCormick, four grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
