78Carol Kuulei Horswill, 86, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a homemaker, caregiver and former information operator for the state Department of Transportation Airports Division, died at home. She was born in Keaukaha, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Bruce and Rufus Jr.; daughters Roxanne Horswill and Stacy King; half sisters Roberta Caphcart and Patricia Parker; hanai brothers John, Alvin and Ivan Malo; hanai sisters Gerry Johnson, Betty Rapozo and Pualani Kaimikaua; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
