75Joseph "Joe" Rossi, 60, of Wailuku, creator and CEO of Amazing Maui Babe Browning Lotions, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by wife Judith; daughters LeAndra Livingston, Christina Park and Shani Knowles; brother Barney; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Wednesday at Ballard Family Mortuary.
