81Sandra Anne Finnerty, 81, of Kailua, an artist, died in Ann Pearl Nursing Home. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by husband Chester C. "Ted," sons Kevin C. and Steven M., daughter Holly A. Judd, brother Rick Matthews and six grandchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
