Miriam Cha Elarco, 86, of Hawi, Hawaii, a retired housekeeper for the former Royal Waikoloa Resort and an employee for Nakahara Store in Hawi and Mauna Kea Beach Resort, died in Kohala Hospital. She was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. She is survived by son Graciano Jr.; daughters Gwendolyn Arias, Laura Ann Souza and Cecilia Alaimo; sisters Edith Greenstein and Margaret Callan; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Hawi Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi Church Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
