Fely Fermin Chung, 75, of HonoÂlulu died in Kailua. She was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Albert. Visitation: 6 p.m. Saturday at Jehovah’s Witnesses, Central Congregation, 1228 Pensacola St. Services: 6:30 p.m.
