Eutropio Biares "Eddie" Tuscano, 84, of Ewa Beach, a retired pipe fitter for the Department of Defense in Pearl Harbor and a Navy veteran, died in Tripler Medical Center. He was born in Tayum, Abra, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lea, son Jeffrey, daughter Leilani Hangai, stepson Lew Magdangal, stepdaughter Luisa Ramirez, sisters Pastora Pimentel and Euteria Galliardo, and a grandchild. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Ewa Beach. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
