72Winfred "Nino" Suiso, 93, of Honolulu, a retired state administrator, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hana, Maui. He is survived by daughters Jerelyn A. Brown, and Gina M. and Donna I. Watumull; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. March 30 at Diamond Head Mortuary. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Private inurnment.
