Bruce E. Moring Jr., 52, of Naalehu, Hawaii, a police officer in Anchorage, Alaska, and Linden, Ala., died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Goldsboro, N.C. He is survived by sons Justin, Joseph and McCaleab; daughter Miranda; parents Bruce and Merle; brothers Barry, Boyd and Brad; sisters Kim Moring and Amanda Perez; and five grandchildren. Services in Anchorage.
