72Francis Kiyoshi Hirata, 66, of Honolulu, a city accountant with the Budget and Fiscal Services Department, Public Safety section, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sisters Francine K. Hirata and Darlene T. Martin. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary, East Chapel. Service: 4 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
