71Eutropio Biares "Eddie" Tuscano, 84, of Ewa Beach, a retired pipe fitter for the Department of Defense at Pearl Harbor and a Navy veteran, died in Tripler Medical Center. He was born in Patucannay Tayum, Abra, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lea, son Jeffrey, daughter Leilani Hangai, stepson Lew Magdangal, stepdaughter Luisa Ramirez, sisters Pastora Pimentel and Euteria Galliardo, and a grandchild.
