Harry Seiji Taba, 84, of Honolulu, a retired budget comptroller for the Army at Camp Zama, Japan, and an Air Force veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mieko, daughters Shari M. Reece and Chris E. Um, sisters Joan F. Yamane and Helen Y. Ginoza, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
