James Koon Inn Leong, 87, of Honolulu, a retired engineering draftsman for North American Rockwell and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jennie; sons Gilbert and Wesley; brothers Raymond, Koon Hee and Robert; sisters Dora Chong, Dorothy Tom, Alice Tokashiki and Carla Choy; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
