William David "Bill" Ross, 59, of Keauhou Mauka, Hawaii, a charter boat captain, died at home. He was born in Longview, Wash. He is survived by son William II; parents Jack and Helen; sisters Janet Klippstein, Nancy Sakamoto, Leanne Wood and Betsy Roslyn; and a grandchild. Private services.
