78Fernando Dilejero Derla, 85, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a retired Davao Prison and Penal Farm administrative officer, died. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Merlita, 15 children, sister Encarcion Decierdo, 41 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Private services.
