77Susan Sakaye Fukida, 90, of Honolulu, a retired S.H. Kress and Co. saleswoman, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Tacoma, Wash. She is survived by sons Jerry K. and Thomas H., daughter Gloria S. Odo and four grandchildren. Private services.
