74Rico Pascua Manzano, 86, of Honolulu, a retired legal analyst for the state Department of Hawaiian Home Lands died in Honolulu. She also served in the Philippines as senior legal officer for the Bureau of Lands and special counsel for the Office of Solicitor General. He was born in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by sons Rick "Jojo," Rex and Raul; daughter Helena "Yvette"; brothers Florencio and Elpidio; and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Philomena Church. Eulogy: 10:25 a.m. Mass: 11:15 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Valley of the Temples.
