72Conchita Miniano "Conching" Valera, 86, of Wahiawa, a retired state Department of Health senior respite companion, died in Wahiawa. She was born in San Jose, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. She is survived by daughters Gloria Valera, Lailene "Lani" Calma and Lisa Matsumoto; sister Marcelina Pasana; and seven grandchildren.
