Harry Robert DeConte, 80, of Hilo, a Hilo Shopping Center retiree, Hilo Harry's Taxi co-owner and an Army veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Harry, daughters Angela Ogata and Annette Pestano, brothers John and George, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10 a.m.
