80Samuel-Rodney Gonzales Raganit, 48, of Waipahu, a mechanical engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Annapolis, Md. He is survived by wife Chie, sons Kengo and Koji, parents Samuel and Mila, brother Jeremy and sister Mila Jane Lovejoy. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Mortuary.
