83Charleston Aleka Lopaka "Paka" Samson, 34, of Wahiawa, a city employee at Waialua Yard, died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Lacey Andaya; son Titan; mother Ethel Brown; brothers Herman, Herbert, Andrew and Shawn; and sisters Vanesa Jose and Melissa Samson.
