John Neil Campbell, 64, of Kailua-Kona, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. lineman and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Brad and John Campbell, and Alika Bell; daughter Aleina; sisters Gay Steward, Elberta Kruger and Wanneta Wilson; three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Oct. 11 at Kahaluu Beach Park, Kailua-Kona. Services: 10 a.m. Additional visitation: 5 p.m. Oct. 17 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Scattering of ashes: 8:30 a.m. Oct. 18 at Ala Moana Beach Park. Lei welcome.
