Packard Akira Hino, 90, of Kailua, a retired Fashions by Hino store manager and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died on Oahu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Lincoln K., brother George S. and sisters Michie Moto, Stella Tamanaha and Barbara Hino, also known as Sister Agnes Vera. Graveside services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
