75Paulette Y. Acusta "Lee" Manfredi, 67, of Honolulu, formerly of Tokyo, London and San Diego, an associate architect and retired United and Pan-American airlines flight attendant, died in Honolulu. She was born in Manoa. She is survived by daughter Chelsea and sisters Sharon Hirae and Deanna Ige. Visitation: 1:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at Thurston Memorial Chapel at Punahou School.
