76Andres S. Sagucio, 83, of Honolulu, a retired electrician, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lanao, Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Andrea G., sons Ernesto "Ernie" and Gerry, daughter Eden Goto, sisters Marina Sagucio and Concepcion Pasion, and six grandchildren.
