78Rufo Ibea "Papa" Radona, 99, of Lihue, formerly of Kekaha, Kauai, a Kekaha Sugar Plantation irrigator, died. He was born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by son Jose; daughter Magdalena Sidiaren; stepsons Joe, James, Chris, Leslie and Gary Largo; stepdaughter Amparo Abalos; brother Alfonso; 29 grandchildren; 71 great-grandchildren; and 67 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Oct. 24 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kekaha Public Cemetery. Casual attire.
