John Neil Campbell, 64, of Kailua-Kona, a Hawaiian Telephone Co. linesman and an Army veteran, died in Kailua-Kona. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Kaulana and John R. Campbell and Alika Bell; daughter Aleina; sisters Gay Steward, Elberta Kruger and Wanneta Wilson; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Service: 6 p.m. Committal service: 9:30 a.m. Oct. 19 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
