Jerry Toshiaki Koshi, 94, of Aiea, a retired telephone installer for Hawaiian Tel and Verizon, and an Army veteran, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in North Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Nancy M., daughter Emily Skedeleski, brother Tasuke and two grandchildren. Visitation: noon Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
