Sam Koyei Shimabukuro, 90, of Honolulu, a retired state Labor Department compensation officer and an Army veteran, died in Kaiser Foundation Hospital. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Amy Michiko. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Honolulu Stake Center, 1723 Beckley St. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
