74Felina Tapat, 77, of Waipahu, a retired Punahou School custodian, died in Honolulu. She was born in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons Edgar, Edison, Elie, Emmanuel Sr., Macario Jr., Ronald and Ronie; sister Leticia Galamgam; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
