Franklin Tunstill "Bamboo" Opperman, 90, of Waialua, a businessman and a Navy Reserve veteran, died in Waialua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Barbara O., daughters Elizabeth "Beth" Andrewes and Victoria "Vic" Opperman, son Montgomery "Monte" and six grandchildren. Private services.
