Gonzuchi Tasaka, infant son of Blaine C. Tasaka and Collette L. Green of Ewa Beach, died in Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children. He was born in Honolulu. He is also survived by grandparents Evelyn and Gilbert Tasaka, and Sylvia Alford. Private services.
