79Lawrence "Skinny" Tulba Sr., 83, of Ewa Beach, a City and County of Honolulu employee, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Spreckelsville, Maui. He is survived by wife Sharon A.; sons Augie T, Ernest, Ronald and Michael; brother Alfred; sister Magdalena Palafox; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 3 p.m.
