82Gina Fagaragan Zafaralla, 54, of Waipahu, owner of Pinili Jazz Band of Hawaii and former foster care home operator in Waipahu, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Pinili, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband James; son Jeremy; daughters Ginneth and Gimmelette; father Felizardo Fagaragan; brothers Gary, Glenn, Geoffrey and Gene Fagaragan; sisters Geraldine Hirahara and Gay M. Arsenault; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Wai\0xADpio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at the mortuary.
