Allen Chung Gai Chan, 42, of Diamond Bar, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a registered nurse, died in Big Bear, Calif. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by wife Lisa-Anne M., daughters Catherine and Elizabeth, parents Fernando and Kwok Yee, and brother Stanley. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church. Services: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
