Frederick Norman Quinn, 78, of Kilauea, Kauai, a retired Kauai County automotive shop superintendent and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Lowell, Mass. He is survived by wife Dorothy, sons Edward and Thomas, daughter Tammy, sister Margaret "Jackie" Dezelich and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Nov. 6 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Kilauea. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery, Hanapepe.
