74Mary Mock Chun, 94, of Kailua, a retired state Department of Health secretary, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Andrea Kualapai; brother Walter Ng Mock; sisters Florence Luke, Vivian Yabiku and Priscilla Hall; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
